Jannat Mirza Is Getting Brutally Trolled Once Again & This Time Because TikTok Has Gotten Unbanned

By Janita Tahir | 20 Oct, 2020

Recently, TikTok got banned in Pakistan due to, what PTA said was, many people lodging complaints against it and claiming that it was spreading immorality. Many TikTok stars spoke up about it.  Amidst all the discussions, Pakistan’s most popular TikToker Jannat Mirza became the subject of a lot of trolling as people jokingly attributed the ban to her having recently gotten 10 million followers a day before the app was banned. There were a lot of memes, a lot of jokes and it even led to a feud between Waqar Zaka and Jannat Mirza.

Just when we thought things would finally die down,PTA announced that TikTok will be unbanned and once again Jannat Mirza became the target of many, many jokes and memes

People made fun of how Jannat Mirza probably wants to come back to Pakistan now

Jannat recently announced that she would be moving to Japan. In a response to a question, Jannat made remarks that insinuated that she may be moving because she didn’t like the mentality of people here. This had angered many Pakistanis and led some to joke about how she left Pakistan just because TikTok got banned.

Now, that the ban is lifted people have turned to trolling her saying she wants to come back to the country but is unwelcomed.

Many memes about how Jannat would react to the ban being lifted made their way on the internet

Matters were made worse as Jannat herself took to Instagram and baited users by joking about the trolling and of course, people took it as a challenge 🙄

And thus continued the epic memes and jokes about the whole matter

There were of course memes about how Jannat Mirza also regrets leaving Pakistan now

People also joked that PTA was the real troll here

Pakistanis are expert at trolling celebrities so this is hardly news but it is funny because Jannat Mirza, herself contributes to the jokes and the trolling by acknowledging them and baiting social media users which they take as an implied nod from her to carry on.

However, it’s important to note that while some jokes are made in all good fun, quite a few people go overboard in their excitement and make offensive and disrespectful comments. This behavior is highly inappropriate and should not be condoned.
