We Just Saw The New Durex Ad And Honestly, WE HAVE SO đŸ€” MANY đŸ€” Questions đŸ€”

This Durex ad is actually next level

Every once in a while there’s an ad that piques your interest. What’s the story about? Is there a plot twist? It makes you question everything you know. And then suddenly, when all the pieces fall into place you oftentimes think ‘what did I just watch…?’

And if there’s an ad that can make you do that, it’s Durex’s latest one for Pakistan. The ad starts out looking like it’s straight out of  some international crime show.

We’ll be honest, when we got a first glimpse of this new Durex ad we got a little excited… no, not that ‘that’ way

For a second we thought Pakistan was getting its own high budget crime related show but nope. What we got was… maybe even better?

The ad shows a police officer investigating a case where residents of a house have not left their premises for a week. So for some reason the authorities think they have possibly passed away.

Let’s watch this new Durex ad because we have SO MANY QUESTIONS!

How does the police officer in this Durex ad afford such a fancy vintage looking car?

If he was a real-life cop he probably would’ve taken some benefits, aisay shashkay warna nahi miltay.

How do we know the people locked up inside their home are not actually the only model citizens following proper SOPs?

Come to think of it, during corona times it could also mean they’re possibly observing social distancing really well.

Couldn’t someone have just called the people inside the home to check? Did spending a tonne of public money to create a grand set up for a possible crime scene not seem like a bad decision?

Hello 21st century, thriving technology and SMART PHONES
did we not think this through?

When, and most importantly, HOW did Pakistan get a ‘scanning’ feature on videos before the rest of the world?

The scanner looks like it’s for FBI or something. Very heavy scene.

Why was the detective in this Durex ad so excited seeing what the package contains?

As soon as he finds out that the real culprit behind the couple being bound to the house for a week was actually a box of Durex condoms, the weird smile doesn’t leave the detective’s face. Like dude… Hosla!

Why is the subordinate so creepy?

DID YOU HEAR THE MOAN, TOO?

And the detective is so intrigued by the couple’s shopping that he too ordered a box of Durex for himself. To this, we only ask: Why? 😂

Honestly, it can’t get more discreet and “safe” than having a Durex store on Daraz.

And finally, just one question that the detective himself had

We’re really curious to know this but wat did they put down as the reason for the couple not having left their home for a week? Especially after they concluded the investigation for this case?

To be honest the ad is legit pretty well made. And maybe it’s a little hilarious in the way that makes you go, ‘LOL, WTF?’
