This web series on future planning is SO useful

Life insurance is ironically most often associated with death, but trust us when we say there’s a lot more to it. As millennials, financial planning is the last thing we think of. Basically, we can’t save for anything.

Enter EFU Life’s web series, titled Humrahi. The web series on future planning is so helpful

It shows the journey of a young couple, Maha and Ahad, from their wedding to the birth of their first child. Now, the series has just launched its second season, which features a soundtrack sung by none other than Asim Azhar, who also appears in one of the episodes.

Season two of Humrahi consists of three main webisodes, the first of which is titled Naya Safar Aur Purani Yaadein.

This episode shows life after the passing of Ahad’s father. Protagonist Ahad, along with his mother and wife Maha, can be seen looking through old photos. Ahad’s mother speaks fondly of his father and goes on to stress that they were still taken care of, despite him not being around.

According to Ahad’s mom, it was her husband’s foresight that lead them to invest in a life insurance plan, helping them to achieve their life goals and maintain a comfortable lifestyle even after his passing.

Episode two, First Salary se Savings Tak! introduces Asim Azhar as Maha’s younger brother, named Asim and this is where the web series gets serious on future planning

Asim has just gotten his first salary, and keeping up with the cool trend, is planning on treating all his friends. However, Ahad reminds him that his future is at stake, and that he needs to plan for himself rather than worry about what other people think. That’s something a lot more people need to hear.

And by the way, did you know that you can get insured by saving as low as Rs.100 per day?

Now that is as affordable as a cup of coffee!

The final webisode of this season’s Humrahi, Naye Khushiyoun Ka Start features their close friends Sara & Ahmer, who have just become new parents.

New father to an adorable baby girl, Ahmer’s already stressing about pre-school admission registration, can you relate?

Arey bhai, pehlay iska naam register kara lain?” he scoffs.

At this point, Ahad steps in to console his friend, and to remind him that pre-school is only a small stepping stone and the bigger picture involves him planning for his daughter’s education as a whole.

Whichever need you may have, EFU Life has a plan for you. So whether it’s planning for your loved ones or financial planning for your child, life insurance is definitely the way forward.
