Sheikh Rashid Brutally Trolled India On An Indian Channel, No Less, And That's The Level Of Savagery I Aspire To

By Aam Nawab | 23 Feb, 2019

By now, literally everyone who’s ever been in touch with desi social media knows how India and Pakistan are waging a war over social media after the Pulwama Attack. The incident in Kashmir was a terrible terrorist act where more than 40 Indian military personnel lost their lives but soon after India started blaming Pakistan for conducting that attack. The sudden blame game has led to a severe deterioration in the two country’s relations, with the spillover affecting the entertainment industry and sports arenas as well.

After India started blaming Pakistan for the Pulwama Attack, battle lines were drawn on desi social media

With people from both sides of the border trolling, fighting and spewing hate on each other, the internet these days looks nothing short of a war zone

Similarly, talk shows featuring commentators from both sides are the biggest shouting matches to be seen

Sheikh Rashid, the railway minister, was on one such talk show at an Indian channel

India Today’s Rahul Kanwal had invited Sheikh Rashid Ahmad for his comments on the recent turn of events in the relations between Pakistan and India.

Rahul is the same TV personality on whose show recently Reham Khan made some nasty comments against Prime Minister, and former husband, Imran Khan and drew the wrath of social media.

Sheikh Rashid, as we all know, has a way with words and his brutality was on full display during his interview

He spoke on a whole range of matters, from the Pulwama incident to the Kulbushan Jadhav case.

People particularly love how he trolled the host after he had been told that Pakistan’s not doing enough to curtail terrorism

Even Sheikh sahab himself shared the interview snippets

Pindi boys have a special shoutout for Sheikh sahab

In conclusion, Sheikh Rashid is the BOSS

Okay truth time, all these comments and savagery is good but only insofar as it remains limited to social media and TV studios. Actually going into war and trying to fight each other will only ever bring misery, poverty and destruction to both sides so here’s hoping that Pakistan and India can really act like adults and be able to resolve this issue.
