This time the ‘target’ was Fort Abbas.
Rumours of yet another surgical strike at the hands of India on Pakistan have been going viral on social media.
Breaking: Fresh reports, initial and unconfirmed, of Indian jets entering Pakistani airspace, dropping payload in Fort Abbas. Comes as Pakistan relaxes closure of airspace to commercial/civilian traffic after similar incident last week that led to first dogfight in 48 yrs

According to reports, the alleged attack took place about an hour ago, in Fort Abbas in the Cholistan desert in Southern Punjab. The area is located across the border from Rajasthan’s Mahajan firing ranges. No casualties have been reported so far.
Twitter handles across the board are tweeting images and videos of debris found at the given location.

However, nothing has been confirmed yet and no official statement has been put out by any of Pakistan’s or India’s armed forces, claiming or confirming the ‘payload drop off.’

Pakistan twitter handles ‘claiming’ there have been IAF payloads dropped in Fort Abbas of Bhawalnagar in Pakistan. No confirmation of the same. Important to mention that both Fort Abbas and Fort Maujgarh have camps of Jaish-e-Muhammad as well which were used for Pathankot Attack. pic.twitter.com/ins2mWiKXk

However, at this point, many Pakistanis and Indians, are stating it all to be ‘fake news.’
Indian Air Force and Army deny any incident in Fort Abbas, Pakistan. So fake news factories of DGISPR again on the job?

Some Pakistani twitter handles dropped payloads on behalf of IAF in Fort Abbas, Pakistan.

Indian sources have denied that there has been any IAF activity near Fort Abbas. They are probably old empty shells. According to all reports nothing has happened near Fort Abbas, except someone found emoty shells and uploaded photos on social media.

Nothing happened at Fort Abbas. It looks like social media fake news will start World War III.

This is fake news that there was any bomb dropped in fort abbas . Or let india claim that. We are waiting 😂

The ‘attack,’ comes after the return of Indian Air Force Commander Abhinanand home to India once Prime Minister Imran Khan announced that the return would be made as a peace gesture to India.
No one is quite sure whether or not the attack was recent or if it is fake news, but either way, Pakistanis and Indians are both quite concerned at the fact that this war just may be inching closer and closer.
