A true sushi lover will tell you that it’s one of the hardest dishes to get right and not just any chef can make it since it’s a very special thing in Japanese cuisine. In Pakistan, there are hardly a handful of restaurants that serve the dish so you could imagine the number of places that actually offer good sushi.
If the dish being so intricate to make isn’t enough, people who actually enjoy eating it are very particular about the taste. Long story short, when it comes to these type of dishes bad restaurant experiences every now and then are quite possible. Even if the restaurants are otherwise praised by critics.

The chef at the restaurant, according to rumors, claims that he was personally given the recipe for the secret sauce for their sushi by the renowned international angry chef Gordon Ramsey
However, despite all the training and all the praise-worthy reviews, Cafe Sino kinda’ failed to deliver for this one customer
