While in conversation with Aima Baig, Hania Aamir broke the hearts of many fans by stating that she and Asim are nothing but friends. The statement by Hania was followed by an extreme reaction by the people on social media who went on to brutally troll and drag the alleged former couple. The trolling got so intense that Hania had to intervene by issuing an official statement on the issue.
Amidst the trolling, there are some Twitter users who took the matter to another level by making parody accounts of Hania and Asim.

One of the accounts has been tweeting out lyrics of songs which claim to portray Asim’s heartbreaking situation.
