There was a point in time when you could find a grungy man, with a guitar, around every street corner, in Pakistan. There were gigs happening in every cafe in the city, garages were always full, and the music was greaaaaat. And then there came a point when everything just stopped. It seemed as if the rock music scene came to a screeching halt.

With platforms like Pepsi Battle of the Bands resurfacing, it seems as if Pakistan is making some more room for rockstars. And since many of us can only dream of becoming rockstars, we thought we’d help you get started.

We finally have our two finalists in Pepsi Battle of the Bands and the final battleground has made way for Badnaam and Kashmir. Now, it’s up to you to decide who will take home the prize!

Voting begins Saturday the 9th at 12:00 PM and will end on Monday the 11th at midnight. This means you all will have 48 hours to vote for your favourite band! All you have to do is:
