By Hurmat Riaz | 22 Sep, 2017

The new Islamic Year, 1439, has started with religious fervor where Muslims across the world are wishing each other a blessed new year with the thoughts to mourn the shahdat of Hazrat Imam Hussain.

People are also wishing each other a peaceful new year

A world where chaos can arise at any point or at any time, people are making each other hopeful to have a blessed year ahead

Flag changing ceremony was also held at Hazrat Imam Hussain’s shrine at Karbala, Iraq last night

The ceremony was full of spiritual and divine energy

Millions of Muslims were gathered to attend the event of spiritual awakening

At this time, the whole Muslim community is gathered together in celebration of the Lunar New Year

People are also remembering that it takes big sacrifices like Hazrat Imam Hussain’s for standing his ground

It’s our sacrifices and choices that shape our lives and make the world  remember us

We also wish all communities a blessed year ahead because we all should preach peace.
