Feroze Khan doesn’t think Hamza Ali Abbasi should drag religion into the Iqra-Yasir situation.
The last few days social media has been filled with debate over Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain’s engagement. People have been on either end of the spectrum in terms of how they feel about it; some are congratulating the couple while some are criticizing the public proposal and Yasir’s public display of affection where he kissed Iqra quite a few times with the camera whirring around them.
And of course, a lot of people did not appreciate that.
The couple was criticized for their public display of affection and Hamza Ali Abbasi surprisingly came to their defense and told people to stop picking on the couple, using religion to support his argument of why the couple should not be criticized.

This led to Veena Malik criticizing Hamza Ali Abbasi for siding with the couple, stating that we live in an Islamic country and hence their conduct was not appropriate.

And now, Feroze Khan has entered the ring and is addressing Hamza Ali Abbasi, saying that he shouldn’t be bringing Islam into the entire debate.

According to Feroze Khan, it isn’t okay to bring something as sensitive as religion into a debate like this. And he ended his tweet by telling Hamza how much he respects him. And maybe he has a point. Bringing religion into an issue which is already so sensitive might not be the best idea.
