Yo – December is upon us which means engagement photos, shaadi dance practices, darzi ke nakhre, throwing sangeet parties and attending bridal showers. As the most exciting and highly anticipated time of the year, December has already kicked off on full throttle but one thing that’s different this time is the amount of fun Pakistani dulhans are having on their weddings.
Previously, it used to be a rare sight to see brides fully immersed in the shaadi festivities but the trend is quickly changing and we’re definitely here for it. Seeing that Pakistani brides are usually the ones arranging dance practices and learning all the steps to teach to those friends and cousins who aren’t around. So, it’s only natural that they’re excited to see all that work come to life on their mehndis.
Only recently, we had this badass dulhan dancing along while sitting on the stage.

Look at her expressions. She is not coming in slow, fellas. The glowing bride was seen talking to her dulha every now and then while dancing and clapping. Oh my GOD, how precious is she?
And this bride busted some serious mooooooves, bruh.

But the best one yet is seen in the latest Strepsils Stereo song which features a badass dulhan dancing on her mehndi:
You know why makes us feel so happy? A brand backing happy dancing brides means we’re finally THEREEEE. Let’s make this a thing, you guys!
The bride is first seen dancing along while her squad is setting fire to the stage.
Then she just can’t contain herself and goes smack in the middle of the stage.
At this point, everyone’s shown to be quiet and a little confused where she lightens the mood with, “Kya hua? Mein apni shaadi mein dance nai kersakti???
Errybody’s like…ya, sure queen. It is your wedding, after all.
What follows are some killer thumkas ~
Yaaas hunni werkkkk.
Then, the dulha also joins in because why should only the dulhan have all the fun?
“Billo” is the latest installment from the very hip Strepsils Stereo a cappella – a form of music practically unknown to the Pakistani audience. All of the sound is produced by voice, mouth or clapping which makes the number not only unique but super flipping catchy. If you’re looking for songs to add to your wedding playlist or your mehndi entrance, this one’s definitely groovy enough to make the cut.
What do you think about “Billo” and the dancing bride? A yay or a nay? Are you adding this song to your shaadi playlist? Let us know in the comments section below.
