You can’t expect to troll the internet’s favorite Pindi Boy and not get burned.
Sheikh Rashid happens to be one of the most popular politicians in the country.

He is considered to be a man of the people, which is why he is beloved by hundreds of thousands of people across the country. And his candid personality and social media presence are what make him the internet’s favorite Pindi Boy.
In a recent tweet, by an account which a lot of people suspect is a troll account by the name of Sidrah Memon has accused Sheikh Rashid of being a pervert.
She claims that he entices young women to his office by promising them jobs and then harasses them because he is a pervert.
You filthy patwaran. pic.twitter.com/nBDo0RJuv1

Of course, all harassment claims should be considered seriously and are worth looking into, however, Sidrah added a video to her tweet in an attempt to solidify her claim but it completely backfired since the video showed nothing wrong. In the video, two young women are standing next to Sheikh Rashid posing for selfies.
Sheikh Rashid looks mildly uninterested and is posing for the pictures with a blank expression on his face.

The women record videos and take pictures, after which they thank him. There seems to be nothing untoward going on in the video. In fact, Sheikh Rashid barely moves so his behavior being constituting as harassment makes no sense.
And as far as having made the girls feel uncomfortable, well, both women had their phones out and recording, and they seemed to be the party which was insisting on taking pictures and smiled as they did so. If they felt uncomfortable, I am sure they would have wanted to exit the meeting as soon as possible instead of prolonging it by taking selfies and making videos.
And the claim Sidrah made against Sheikh Rashid on Twitter annoyed off A LOT of people.
I don't like SR but in this video clearly he is uncomfortably allowing a selfie with lady (that might be on request), so please stop these cheap tactics

Two women are taking selfies with a federal minister while the minister is not so comfortable with this. That's all this vedio tells

Checked the account of this girl she has videos with abdul razzak (crickter) too. All i can see in this video is a girl taking a selfie with sheikh rasheed stop accusing someone without proofs https://t.co/Y05q4bZAY5

On the contrary @ShkhRasheed seems obviously uncomfortable and these girls obviously don’t look like seeking a job in Railways. What would he do if two girls ask for a selfie and then thank him?
We need to stop spreading lies.— Hid Ayat (@HUkaAalam) December 2, 2018
And of course, there were those gems who tried to slut shame the girls for looking and acting in a ‘certain’ way which would have justified harassment to their mind, had there been any.
I can see that it was sheikh Rashid told the women to pout her lips 💋 and show her cleveage. #VanityFair

I do not know about him too much but if we look the vedio it shows girls are such type. Shaikh is just standing…

After seeing that kind of cleavege ,of a lady having big boobs…i can also become a 😈
— shehzad zarin (@shehzadzarin) December 3, 2018
Well i think the “innocent girls” are talking selfies and making videos and by the looks of 2nd girls its pretty obvious which she wants or wants to give
— Kazim Shah (@shahdihatti) December 3, 2018
But basically, you cannot accuse someone of harassment just because you dislike them. That’s not cool at all.
