Sanam Saeed is a very private person and is one of those celebrities that like to keep their personal lives to themselves. Recently, she did an interview with Samina Peerzada and revealed details about her mother’s death and prolonged illness. It was clear that Sanam was very close to her mom and that her death left a deep impact on her life.

Today, Sanam posted about her mother on her second death anniversary. 

Alongside some absolutely gorgeous photos, Sanam Saeed wrote out a beautiful tribute. She begins by talking about the inevitability of death and how she quietly prepared herself her entire life for this certainty, especially when it comes to a parent. She goes on to say, “Also they say you’re never prepared for death and it’s true but I’m glad I got to say goodbye and spend my undivided time with my mother in her last year.”

Sanam admits that she never thought she would be so public about her mom, but she cannot help it. 

“It’s hard not to honor, remember and talk about such a wonderful being. Her high spirits and electric energy. Her hearty uninhibited laughter. Her integrity, her stamina, her generosity, and pure heart. She has shaped every iota of my being. Kept my feet on the ground but encouraged me to reach for the skies at the same time.”

Sanam Saeed goes on to talk about how her mother taught her how to be humble and grounded. 

She also goes on to talk about how her mom touched the lives of so many, ‘She rubbed off on everyone whose path she crossed. The stories the gratitude the love and memories random people share with me every now and then is heartwarming. Thank you for always remembering her too.’
