By now Reham Khan has become the topic of discussion all over Pakistan.
She has been in the news quite a bit these for one thing or another, though mainly for her book spilling top secrets. Whether it was the juicy details or the controversies surrounding the book, she sure has made a statement.
Well is it hard to believe, she once again has landed her in the middle of a casual verbal altercation on Twitter? It all started with Reham responding to a tweet, and Najam Sethi replying to it. To which she gave a reply that has us kinda shook.

Upon closer speculation, it all seems like a joke…but with Reham, you can’t be sure…
Wow, Reham can be really funny if she wanted to. Don’t think anyone needs to totally believe this piece of rumored news just yet, but keep your eyes peered open.
Obviously, once this was out in the open, Pakistanis had a lot to say.
