Rumors were floating around for quite a bit that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were more than just friends, especially when they arrived together at Sonam’s shaadi. However, Ranbir might just have spilled the beans on whether or not the two really are dating in a recent interview.
The arrival of both actors together raised speculation that perhaps, something might, in fact, be brewing between them
However, both actors have kept mum up until now.

Ranbir Kapoor confirmed in an interview with Indian publication ‘GQ India’ that he was in a relationship with Alia after directly confronted with the question
He admitted that “it’s really new right now, and I don’t want to over speak,” before complimenting both her as an actor and as a person.
When asked what the best thing is about being newly in love, he stated that it “comes with new beats’ and “old tricks become new tricks again”
Reactions about the relationship have thus far NOT been too positive, with some uncomfortable by the age gap
Something about Ranbir-Alia feels gross. There have been bigger age gaps in Bollywood relationships, but imagine dating a friend of a baby cousin you always see at family gatherings. That's the closest equivalent to the close-knit nature of Bollywood I can think of.
