The alleged account of a government official who was key in the recent book ban was caught liking an adult video and irony has died a million deaths.
Recently, the Punjab Assembly passed a Punjab Tahaffuz-e-Bunyad-e-Islam Act 2020, which banned around 100 textbooks in the province. Those books were banned which had ”anti-Pakistan and anti-religious” content. Just to be clear, the ‘problematic’ content also included the pictures of pigs used to explain counting to kids.

The MD Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board Rai Manzoor Nasir was particularly enthusiastic in the entire book ban project. His alleged Twitter account tweeted out the following
Anti-Islam and Anti-Pakistan 100 books of private schools banned today by me. Please watch me live on TV BOL at 11.30 pm tonight.

However…people were quick to spot that the account had recently liked a clip on Twitter
I’m curious. The person responsible for happily banning away 100 textbooks for “immoral” content (such as a picture of a pig or a Gandhi quotes) has this in his liked tweets? What’s with the double standards of morality though? pic.twitter.com/NClRst4dLD

Also, this wasn’t the first time that such mistakes were made by the account
Not your first time is it? Lets not use the “ghalti se hogaya” excuse please. pic.twitter.com/69OttHhzyI

People immediately questioned the hypocrisy
Presenting the man who just banned a 100 books all over Punjab.
He doesn't like books quoting Gandhi or pictures of cartoon pig & piglets but what he does like is big booty porn on twitter.
Good going @Rai_Manzoor786 https://t.co/Xi4kUUpJ3i— Mustafa T. Wynne (@mustafa_wynne) July 24, 2020
Very naught @Rai_Manzoor786 sab, talking about banning unethical and un Islamic content but on the other hand liking porn on twitter?!
You seriously have the balls to lecture people on ethics and morality

Just proves that the guise of religion is just an excuse for more power. Something that's isn't new to Pakistan

People are waiting for him to come with the excuse that ”account hack hogaya”
Now bhai sahab will declare that his account was hacked!

Kinda awkward

I wouldn’t mind getting drunk now – today 1 of the “saviors” of the country banned 100 books because it was corrupting the youth…then got caught liking a big booty clip ☺️ pic.twitter.com/kguLYNoABA
