Fawad Chaudhry on Kashmir

While addressing the joint session of the parliament, Minister of Science and Technology, Fawad Chaudhry delivered the BEST speech on the issue of Kashmir
He started off his speech by narrating a real-life incident covering the atrocities committed by the Indian force near the LOC. He correlated that incident with his statement that the lives of Pakistanis and Kashmiris should be valued and honored. He casually mocked the previous session of the assembly and stated that for the sake of internal politics of the country, the safety and lives of the young generation of this country should NOT be compromised.
He also mentioned that the unfruitful discussion in the previous session is portraying a non-serious attitude and is giving away a wrong message to the world.
Fawad Chaudhary emphasized on the honor of the state and said that Pakistan does NOT want a war BUT the country should not give this impression that they are afraid of indulging into the war
The Minister proposed that if India is NOT willing to sort the issue via dialogue then why not cutting off the diplomatic ties with the state like this
He argued that the war is NOT an option BUT concrete steps should ensure that Kashmir does not turn into another Palestine
Fawad pointed out that India is trying to alter the demography of the Kashmiri region and is trying to replicate the steps taken by Israel in the case of Palestine.
Minister Chaudhry urged the international community to play a central in resolving the Kashmir dispute
He further argued that the nuclear war has a tendency to severely impact the entire region thus the other countries should understand the severity of the issue.
Fawad concluded the speech by asserting that Pakistan is against war BUT it seems like that the state of India is trying to impose the war deliberately. He finally said that we all should be prepared for all kinds of situations.

Pakistan is advocating for the right of self-determination of the Kashmiris. The country and its people are directly condemning the activities of the Indian armed forces in the Indian occupied Kashmir.
