Pakistani Celebrities Are Sending Prayers For The Air India Express Incident Victims

In an unfortunate turn of events, an Air India Express plane with 190 people on board crashed at an airport in the southern state of Kerala. The plane, en route from Dubai, broke in two after landing.

Reportedly, almost 18 passengers are dead, including two pilots, and dozens are injured. The crash happened when the plane was preparing to land. It was bringing in Indians who were stranded abroad due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

People all over the world are horrified upon hearing this news. 2020 has just been a series of bad news strung together, and people can’t help but feel that it’s getting out of hand. People have taken to social media to share updates about this unfortunate crash, while also relaying their thoughts and prayers.

The plane crash reminded Armeena Rana Khan of the one that happened in Karachi. She sent her prayers to the grieving families

Among other Pakistani celebrities was Ushna Shah who considered 2020 an unforgiving year for humanity

Rabia Butt was devastated and remembered the PK-8303 crash as well

No matter what the country, the loss of any human life is the loss of humanity itself. This is indeed a hard time for India. We are immensely saddened to hear about the loss of these innocent lives. Here’s hoping that the families of those who have lost their lives find the strength to get through this immensely tough time. Moreover, we pray for a healthy recovery of all those who have been injured.
