It’s Malika-e-Taranum, the glorious queen of melody,  Madam Noor Jehan’s barsi. Listening to her melodious voice is like having a hot cup of cardamom tea on a chilly December night; it leaves a warm subtle sensation up one’s spine.  Although, a lot of us have listened to a number of Madam Noor Jehan’s songs in her quintessentially enchanting and velvety voice, there are still a few under-appreciated yet remarkable classics of Noor Jehan that not a lot us have had an honor to appreciate.
