Five years ago, actor Emraan Hashmi’s son Ayaan was diagnosed with first stage cancer on January 15, 2014, when he was only four years old. After a continual battle, hardship, and pain we cannot even begin to imagine what the family must have been through, Ayaan has at long last been declared cancer-free.

He added there beautiful pictures of his brave little boy along with the tweet.
