Recently, Pakistan underwent a new polio vaccination program, with children across the country getting their vaccine. The drive took place everywhere, even those places in the country that were facing the worst brunt of winter.
One particular polio worker became viral online when a video of him walking through thick snow emerged.
The video of Irfan braving harsh conditions for his job won people’s hearts over.

Polio is still an issue in Pakistan; every month a case or two does come up, and it is high time that Pakistan frees itself from the disease. This is why the himmat and hosla of Irfan, walking in such bitter conditions won over so many people.
