There's A City Wide Black Out In Karachi And People Are PISSED OFF At K-Electric

By Rameeza Ahmad | 4 Oct, 2018

K-Electric is in hot water with the public…again.

There have been a lot of blackouts in Karachi recently with three happening in the city within this week alone.

And apparently, the city is going through another one again and people are incredibly pissed at K-Electric. Everyone has been posting online about the areas they are in and how many hours they have been without light and the situation seems pretty bad.

The official Twitter account for K-Electric tweeted about the disruption in power supply.

However, people were not buying it.

But they were quick to correct them with how they’re still facing outages.

And some just found their excuses funny.

People are straight up calling for a protest outside of the K Electric offices.

And a few seemed enthusiastic about the idea.

Suffice to say, at this point, people are just tired of K-Electric’s shit.

While K-Electric has taken notice and as per the statement they have issued on their Twitter account, they are working to ensure that electricity is restored in all the areas. But people still seem to be upset because certain areas are still out of electricity.

What do you think about blackouts becoming more regular in Karachi? Let us know in the comments.
