Mehwish Hayat just dragged Indian media for spreading rumors about her
Mehwish Hayat is one of the most loved actresses in Pakistan. Ever since she received her Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, however, Mehwish has ascended to new heights, and not just because of the honor that the medal bestowed on her. While the actress has become famous enough to be known on both sides of the border, Indian media could not help but associate a very weird kind of rumor with Mehwish.

Mehwish Hayat has become a target of Indian media because of disgusting rumors about her alleged relationshio with Indian gangster Dawood Ibrahim
In a recent report, labeled as some kind of exclusive breaking news, some sections of Indian media claimed to have revealed the relationship between Mehwish Hayat and Indian gagster Dawood Ibrahim.
The report by the Indian media started off by briefly explaining how underground leaders played a pivotal role in Bollywood to make their ill gained money legal. It was revealed that a lot of the famous criminals invested in Bollywood projects and thus also had close relationships with famous celebrities. So, building upon the same case, it was stated that Mehwish Hayat allegedly won her Tamgha-e-Imtiaz and her fame because of her link with Dawood Ibrahim.
The fact that the hard work of Mehwish Hayat was dismissed by Indian media has not sit well with the actress and she has clapped back HARD
While refusing to give any value to the rumors being spread by Indian media, Mehwish also joked that had they wanted to create some fake rumors of her link ups they could have chosen Leonardo DiCaprio instead.

The efforts by Mehwish for the Pakistani entertainment industry are not hidden, she has been a constant fixture in some of the top Pakistani films out of which two crossed the PKR 50 Crore mark, and one of them is the highest grossing Pakistani movie in history. She is also, the most bankable actor in Pakistan, male or female. Now, this is beyond remarkable for an actor or actress to achieve and for Indian media to take up dirty tactics to try and tarnish her image is just disgusting.
This news has been shared on various programs and the Indian media is trying hard to propagate their false claims about the actress. Still, they are unable to prove their point as the claim lacks any solid evidence.
