Pakistani artists are, indeed, highly talented and innovative. They come up with such incredible masterpieces that we cannot help but appreciate their work.

Sonia Nisa is one such passionate and creative artist who has some remarkable work to her credit.

She makes really amazing calligraphy portraits, such as this one she made of Qatar’s Emir Tamim for the Qatar National Day Art Exhibition. She used the national anthem of Qatar to personify the face of the Emir. And, the result was amazing!

This project took me about 8 to 10 hours to complete and I was up awake painting it until 2am on Monday so I could possibly gift it to him when he visits Qatar the next day (Tuesday 22nd Jan 2019) but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to meet him nor pass the gift onto him. (But you never know, the message may get to him and I may be able to gift it to him eventually hehe ) Please help me reach the message to him by sharing and tagging imrankhan.pti Thanks a lot! She used black non-drip gloss and metal gold paint and different size paint brushes for painting this beautiful and meticulous portrait. Every curve is neatly in place to form the shape of the face.

What is amazing about Sonia is that she does not have any art qualification. Despite that, she is able to produce such masterpieces and make it look really easy too!

According to her, art is her passion and it’s a God-gifted talent. She is still a student who has obtained an Islamic scholarship from the U.K. for three years. She also did a herbal course for 3 years and is now pursuing advanced studies in Islamic Scholarship. Meanwhile, she has also been taking Wing Chun Kung Fu since 2011.

She tells us that everything she was fond of, she took a course for, and went forward with it. According to this amazing artist, time is a precious thing and one should make the most of it.

Sonia admires Imran Khan as a role model and regards him as a just, honest and inspirational leader.

Therefore, she wanted to pay a tribute to him through a unique calligraphy portrait and came up with this mind blowing masterpiece.
