She’s been happily married to ace Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik

Well, Karan’s said it, but “Raazi” is about a young Indian girl who is married to a Pakistani man, but she is working undercover as a spy for India. Talwar’s point was that it is based on the life of Sania Mirza who married Shoaib Malik a good few years ago.

But bhabz wasn’t having any of it

And she iiisss, love you bhaabi!

Some people were annoyed at Karan for trivializing the actual story of the girl’s sacrifice

People were also just disappointed in Karan’s sense of humor because of their love for their national hero

This guy cracked us up so badly, he made a joke while making a point

She’s brought so many accolades and medals for the country and people were just a bit on edge about Karan making fun of them

There were Pakistanis who were joking around with Sania about it

People were asking Karan to mind his business LOL (gotta love desis)

And that she is an Indian daughter first and then a Pakistani daughter in law

They were reassuring her that she doesn’t have to prove herself to anyone

There was this very very reusable meme

There were those clarifying the difference between marrying a Pakistani and being a Pakistani

To the point, no beating about the bush

And yeaaah bhabz

Pakistanis were all praises for Sania

And some were just very very angry
