Ms. Marvel or Kamala Khan is a 16-year-old Pakistani American hailing from New Jersey, who tries to overcome the troubles that plague teens in America, and revolves around how life changes for the Muslim gal who is gifted with superhero powers. Comic book creator Sana Amanat is the brains behind the character, who is the director and editor at Marvel Comics.

Riz asked the comic studio when they’d like him, Mindy and Kumail to get started on the screenplay for a film for Ms. Marvel.
