Well, it finally has happened. Arif Alvi has officially been sworn in as the 13th President of Pakistan.

And though for many this is great news, Pakistanis can’t help but feel a sense of sadness when saying goodbye to our now previ0us president, Mr. Mamnoon Hussain.

The 12th president of Pakistan was sworn in, in 2013. Since then, Hussain has done, well, things, I’m sure. But he has been known mostly for his work of staying out of the limelight. Like, WAY out of the limelight. Until now, of course.
