It’s been a long road for Imran Khan. We’ve seen the cricketer-turned-politician unwavering in fighting to make it to becoming his country’s Prime Minister, and after a clean win in Pakistan’s most riveting elections to date, his party won. He won, after almost 20 years of unfailing determination, he’s done it. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster for all those who support him, and Pakistani celebrities have been pouring in their heartiest congratulations, with incredibly moving and touching messages for our new Prime Minister.
Celebrities immediately took to social media to congratulate our new Prime Minister, and Pakistan for a revolutionary win, as we saw the dawn of a Naya Pakistan at long last. They posted long, meaty messages dedicated to him, full of zest, hope and love for a country plagued in darkness for so, so long.
