Last night Prime Minister Imran Khan addressed the country on national television.
In his 75 minute speech, he outlined all the changes he hoped to make and things he and his government would be focusing on.
And one of the things he had asked for was for the people to support him and play their part in bettering Pakistan.
He made a direct request from overseas Pakistanis to invest in the country and play their part in improving their homeland as well.

His heartfelt request tugged at a lot of heartstrings, and people overseas are now making promises to play their part in making Imran Khan’s vision a reality.
A doctor in the US, who has been living there for over a decade posted an inspiring video where he declared that he would be moving back to Pakistan with his family, selling all his property in the United States and investing all of that money into his homeland.

The response from overseas Pakistan has been very dramatic but a lot of people are warning them to not be so hasty and wait for some time before they make such serious decisions on an emotional high.
