‘Cheekh’ has been the dark horse of television these days; the show has delved deeply into highlighting the struggle for justice with its impressive take on the crime genre. The drama has maintained a very powerful narrative throughout, with impeccable acting and a thrilling ride of unexpected twists. While the drama has primarily been emoting very dark themes, the latest episode was a breath of fresh air with two of its protagonists celebrating a pregnancy!

After what’s been a very distressing experience watching ‘Cheekh,’ a beautiful little development just unfolded for Mannat (Saba Qamar) and Shayan (Emmad Irfani).

We found out that our favorite on-screen couple was expecting their first wee little baby! The scenes between the two proved to be a witty treat for ‘Cheekh’ viewers for the otherwise grim watch!

Fans have already been gushing about Shayan as the perfect husband, and now to see him and Mannat embark on a new journey together is very fitting.

Audiences fell in love with the little exchange Mannat and Shayan had in the bedroom – it was the first time we saw both characters really spend quality time together without the usual bout of fears and worries.

While many continued to praise Shayan for the perfect husband,

There were those who also lauded Mannat for being a wonderful wife.

However, in typical ‘Cheekh’ manner, a happy moment was shortlived after Wajih decided to target Mannat’s mother.

Fans have expressed fears over the possibility that everything might go downhill from here on.

We really hope so too!
