News of Dr. Atif Mian having been asked to step down from the Economic Advisory Council has been on the news the entire day.

When the news broke, people were incredibly upset that someone, as qualified as Dr. Atif Mian, was removed from the council for no other reason than his faith. Something which should never have mattered with his appointment.

Along with Dr. Atif Mian being discussed, people were discussing Jibran Nasir as well. And a lot of people were confused about why he was a part of the conversation at all.

Apparently, the story goes that Jibran actually brought Dr. Atif Mian’s faith into the forefront to make a point about minorities. And people are furious with him for doing so because before he made this point, no one had an idea about it or even cared. His statement brought it to everyone’s attention and caused a huge issue.

And now, a lot of people are angry at Jibran Nasir for even pointing out Dr. Atif Mian’s faith in the first place.

And people are VERY pissed about this entire issue and are blaming Jibran Nasir for the entire thing.

And some people are just confused about what Jibran is trying to achieve since his narrative has always been to support the minorities.

While some people think Jibran Nasir should not be blamed since the issue is more deeply rooted than that.
