It’s hardly been a week into 2018, and our boy Immy K aka Imran Khan, President of Pakistan Tehrik -e-Insaf (PTI) apparently got married. Much like his dharnas, for some reason, the people of Pakistan have for some reason become really emotionally invested in Imran Khan’s marriages or lack off.
During the 1990’s him and Jemima were The ‘It’ couple in Pakistan

The people were a bit divided over this union initially. Many were just smitten by the glamour they collectively brought to the scene. While some others didn’t really appreciate the man who brought the World Cup to Pakistan getting hitched with a ‘gori’. Nonetheless, when the two officially called it off, a lot of hearts were broken and even to this day some want the two to get back together.
Then three years ago, Imran Khan married Reham Khan and let’s just the people didn’t quite accept her as their new ‘bhabi e millat’

The union only lasted eleven months and was very much clouded with a plethora of rumors and allegations. Since the divorce Imran Khan has mainly refused to comment on the matter while Reham Khan decided to air a lot dirty laundry against her former husband. Since then, there has been a lot of chatter as to when Imran Khan will tie the knot for the third time.
Well according to various news outlets it appears that Imran has gotten married for the third time in a secret ceremony that took place in Lahore

Naturally, Pakistanis were excited over the whole thing and had a lot to say on the matter

These guys believe that Imran Khan just married to catch up with political rival Shahbaz Sharif
@ImranKhanPTI is trying to outclass @CMShehbaz at least in marrying more women

Imran Khan got married again? I think he misunderstood competing with Shehbaz Sharif in 2018…

Many were of the opinion that since it’s Imran Khan’s personal matter he should be left alone
So what big deal? It’s his right and our religion also allows him. I would suggest rather it’s my request to write something / expedite about Shahbaz Sharif marriages.
Shame on you the investigator and the writer for poking your nose in someone’s personal life.— SRA (@shazzyabbas) January 6, 2018
Even he got married what’s wrong?
Even he didn’t announced what’s wrong?— پاکستان تجھے سلام (@afzaal_pti) January 6, 2018
To be honest , No one has right to talk about Khan marriage and if he gets marriage it shouldn't be an issue for any one. This is purely his personal matter, we are standing with Imran Khan for his vision to make Pakistan a great country where we can proudly say I am Pakistani.

And yes, Imran Khan's decision to remarry so soon after his 2015 divorce would be kinda hasty, but that's the thing: it'd be his decision and all we can do is wish him well.
Shaadi hui nahin hui, confirm ya deny karna aik normal personal event ko unnecessary sensation banayega.

This also included renowned political personalities including Shireen Mazari
For the record, it is Chairman PTI Imran Khan's personal business and no one else’s, when, with whom and where he decides to marry.

And also Pakistan Peoples Party Co-Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari
