Pakistani book lovers are in for a treat as the Garrison Public Library in Multan is opening soon.

The elegant modern architecture of the building will house more than 200,000 books.
I mean….wow.

The Garrison Public Library aims to preserve the literature, history, and cultural heritage of Multan.

The Multan Corps Commander Lt-Gen Ashfaq Ahmad Nadeem had declared that the library will be open to the public by this Independence Day. He has said that this library is aimed to be an attractive spot for the youth of the city, and a great place to prepare for CSS and other competitive examinations.

There are designated areas for children, women, special needs citizens, and the elderly in this grand library.
