It’s Ramazan which means everyone will be fasting and trying to be the best version of themselves.

With a heightened spiritual and mental level, it only makes sense to take care of your physical appearance as well. With all of the upcoming Iftaar parties, you know you’re gonna want to look bomb AF.

Just because you’re fasting doesn’t mean you can’t put your best foot forward for every Iftaar party. Here are just a few steps you can take to make sure you look AND feel amazing this Ramazan.

1. Drink plenty of water

Water… what? Aren’t we fasting? YES. Whenever you break your fast, make sure that you drink as much water as you can, this helps your skin stay hydrated!

2. Stick to eating healthy

It may be hard, but lay off the fatty foods as they dehydrate your skin. Opt for fruits and veggies instead.

Since you’re only drinking water after Iftaar, it’s super important that you moisturize your skin more than usual. Not only does it prevent future wrinkles, it also hydrates your skin and keeps it looking fresh and plump.

7. Naps are crucial

Naps will help if you’re tired, angry, cranky, annoyed, hungry, etc. Your skin cells also repair themselves while you’re sleeping, so make sure to get a good night’s sleep during Ramazan and take a nice cat nap throughout the day.
