She’s a doctor, police officer, and all around badass!
There is honestly nothing which makes me happier than Pakistani women who are thriving in their respective fields. And similarly, learning that Dr. Anoosh made a record is so inspiring
SP Moded Town, Dr. Anoosh Masood Chaudhry beat every other officer in Lahore and ranked as the top crime investigator in the city, made me very happy.
Earlier, Dr. Anoosh made a record by becoming the first female ASP to be appointed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to reports for the previous year, under Dr. Anoosh Masood’s supervision, the Model Town division for investigation had successfully filed challans in court for 74% of the cases that came to them in 2018.
Take a second to think about this number, the division probably gets dozens of cases a day and under her supervision, they have managed to make sure most of them go to court so that justice can be served. The amount of paperwork and effort even one case requires is quite a lot, so you can imagine how busy Dr. Anoosh and her staff must be.
The Model Town division had a drastic improvement from its previous years under Superintendent Dr. Anoosh’s supervision. Even the DIG of Investigations, Dr. Inam Waheed praised Dr. Anoosh for her exemplary performance.
Dr. Anoosh Masood made the headlines quite a few times recently because of her badassery
In early 2018, she famously solved the case of a bank robbery and arrested the culprit in record time.
And even before she became a Superintendent, Dr. Anoosh was giving her best to the police force. Being an MBBS doctor was not enough for her to provide people with relief, she stated that wearing a uniform she knew should could give people the kind of help she could not otherwise.

Dr. Anoosh Masood is honestly the perfect image of what a true Pakistani woman is; hardworking and dedicated. She does her job for the good of the people and it shows considering she has had so much success.
