Ahsan Khan is making his sturdy comeback to Pakistani television at long last, after his incredible stint as the terrifying Imtiaz on ‘Udaari.’ His role as the ruthless and vengeful antagonist won him critical acclaim and toplined him ahead of his contemporaries. The actor was recently roped into Mohammad Ehteshamuddin’s next project, ‘Aangan,’ and while shooting has been mostly under wrap, a few exciting BTS pictures have surfaced.
‘Aangan’ will be a tale about pre-partition India
While the roles are currently unknown, the drama also stars Mawra Hocane, Ahad Raza Mir, and Sajal Ali as fellow protagonists.

He played the patriotic Saleem, and judging from the BTS snaps of ‘Aangan,’ we could be in for quite a nostalgic treat!
Dressed in a khaki kameez and draped with a shawl, Ahsan looked very, very dapper as he shot for the drama around rural Punjab
The shooting has also been taking place in a wistful haveli, here spotted with veteran actor Abid Ali
The actor is incredibly excited for the drama (as are we), and took to Instagram to post his thrill
He also took time out to sign autographs and take pictures with adoring fans
Honestly, though, it’s already giving us ‘Dastaan’ feels, and we aren’t the only ones
It’s going to be the first time we will see Ahsan after ‘Udaari’
