16 Things Women In Pakistan Wish Their Men Did Without Them Asking

By MangoBaaz Studio | 12 Apr, 2017

Whether it’s to spare their feelings or us some embarrassment, there are some things women just cannot ask of their significant others. Everything from pulling up their pants and washing their face to texting back and randomly complimenting us. Haye, kitna acha hota if the men in our lives could just read our minds… Unfortunately since that is not going to happen any time soon, it seems as though we’ll just have to spell it out for them.

So guys, mind na karna, but here are just a few things us ladies (out of love), want you men to do without us asking:

1. Dress appropriately

No, you cannot wear your gym shorts to dinner. Ye restaurant hai, football field nai.

Your Breaking Bad shirt won’t work either, so please, put that back.

2. Don’t leave your shoes/socks/jacket/sweater/all pieces of clothing randomly everywhere

When we say a nice surprise would be nice every now and then, we don’t mean finding your sock behind the cushion on the couch.

3. Run a comb through your hair

We do understand that the whole Noori, long hair, brooding eyes thing was a popular look a couple of years ago, but – you’re starting to look like a muppet.

“Baal kat lo? Nai? Challo ok.” (I’ll just cut them while you’re asleep.)

4. Moun to dho lo…

We get it, you think you’re all macho and stuff. But there’s nothing sexier than a man who knows how to take care of himself without thinking twice about appearances. Oh and, I already got you a face wash you’ll love! Apparently Mohammad Aamir uses it too 😉

5. PANTS UPAR KARO – PLEASE

“I can see your underwear, my friends can see your underwear, the rest of the world can see your underwear- but you can’t see it hanging out? You are not a rapper, pants upar kar.”

6. Thori si cologne

7. Offer to get the sauda

You don’t actually have to go to the store, but we mean, offer tho karlein aap kabhee kabhee? Waisay bhee, you all complain about the fact that we didn’t bring back your favorite snack (which you didn’t tell us to bring in the first place), so aap khudi laa dein?

8. Help around the house

I mean, you see me taking out the trash, buying the groceries, folding the laundry – aap, please, thori sii, help?

9. Good morning text

A good morning text does a lot more than you think. Not only have you already made our day but honestly, bohot pyaar aata hai aik text sai. Karlo.

10. “Just because” flowers

Via Giphy

Contrary to popular belief, the smallest of gestures make girls happy. Like? Flowers. Whether it’s a single lilly or a bouquet of roses, they’re the easiest way to our hearts.

11. Ask us how we’re doing

We’re not asking you to read our mind, but it would be nice if you could ask us how we’re doing every once in a while.

Via Deenga

“I don’t have to be upset for you to ask how I am, waisay aap pouch lein. Love kam nahii hoga.”

12. Randomly compliment us

Via Tumblr

We don’t want you to think we need to be praised all the time but compliments on hair, shoes or even our ability to devour three nutella naans in under 30 minutes would be lovely.

13. Look at our guy friends the same way as our girl friends

Our guy friends are our friends, just as your girl friends are your friends. Only peace and good vibes please.

14. Act possessive and protective sparingly

Feeling protected and safe by our significant other is the best feeling in the world. What’s not the best feeling in the world? Feeling suffocated, smothered and controlled.

Difference kaaaafi bari hai, aap samajh lein.

15. Praise our culinary skills...

Via Tumblr

Am I Julia Child? Nope. Do I excel in cooking? Nai. Can I boil an egg without burning down the kitchen? Doubtful. Still, this is a situation in which lying is fine by me

16. Be our best friend and significant other at the same time.

At the end of the day, all we really want from you is your time, respect and love. These things may seem trivial and all, but we’re only asking you because we care. Love you yaar.

Their new Double Protection pack includes an anti-pollution face wash that will not only save us money, but also the terribly uncomfortable need to ask our men to take better care of themselves. The wash’s beads remove all sorts of dirt and germs while adding UV protection.
