Suffice to say, last week was a pretty big week for Pakistani politics.
Pretty big.
Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, and Captain Safdar were all accused of high profile corruption cases and warrants for their arrests were officially issued.
Since Captain Safdar is in Lahore, his arrest was carried out yesterday, while Maryam and Nawaz’s arrest will be implemented on Friday when the two arrive from London.

The two have been at their now notorious abode in the ‘Avenfield’ apartments in London and it has been anything but peaceful since their charge was announced.
To say the LEAST.
Pakistanis in London have been going CRAZY trying to break into Nawaz’s apartment and it absolute madness.
Footage shows attempt being made by PTI activists to break the entrance of Hasan nawaz Sharif’s flat. Metropolitan police sources says police has obtained footage of the attackers and will take action for attempted assault and damage to property #AvenfieldApartments pic.twitter.com/XnBsXSBNHv

Many people have been pretty happy about the verdict, thus supporting the people who mobbed the politician’s home.
Congratulations Pakistan

Violance is not allowed but peaceful agitation should be done against all money looters n convicted criminals.

It happens in #Pakistan only. In a major embarrassment to the country after court verdict on #NawazSharif , #Pakistanis living in #London come calling & start kicking at the door of ousted PM's house which they say belongs to Public of Pakistan. #GeneralElections2018 #GalaxyJ8 pic.twitter.com/U8Jjk2dZBT

Hooliganism & vandalism of PTI supporters in shape of attack on NS residence in London is strongly condemned. IK is turning his young followers into fascists like himself.
— Ahsan Iqbal (@betterpakistan) July 9, 2018
Pakistanis are clearly not happy with the politician and it doesn’t seem as though the hostility is going to die down anytime soon.
With news of the two Sharif’s arriving on Friday, Pakistanis are gearing up to receive them at the airport, expecting them to be arrested upon arrival.
Can I come in the same Abu Dhabi-LHR Flight and go to jail with you guys?
