Now we’re highly anticipating another drama that’s just unveiled itself – ‘Alif.’
The drama marks the return of Hamza Ali Abbasi to television after ‘Mann Mayal,’ something we honestly cannot wait for!
Hamza took to Twitter to confirm the rumor, addressing his reasoning for choosing to do the drama because it has a profound message underlying it, stating that ‘its message is something I really want people to see and understand.’
Hamza and Sajal will be sharing screen space for THE FIRST TIME EVER and this is legit going to be THE pairing to look out for!
The drama is produced by Six Sigma Plus’s Samina Humayun Saeed, the production company behind critically acclaimed dramas like ‘Besharam,’ ‘Dil Lagi’ and ‘Pyarey Afzal’

Producer Sana Shahnawaz stated to ‘Something Haute’that “it has been beautifully written by Umera Ahmed with all her heart. We can’t wait to share it with the world.”

The role for Sajal has apparently been tailormade just for her, and she expressed how excited she is
Sajal will be playing Momina Sultan, and the actress stated how delighted she was when she was told about the script, claiming that everything she heard “felt beautiful.” She admitted she’s fallen in love with the script.
Each actor will mold into a character unlike any other previous work they’ve ever done before, according to producer Sana, promising the audience something entirely new and non-recycled
Hamza will be playing a filmmaker belonging to a family hailed in calligraphers who live in Turkey
