Earlier tonight, there was a protest being held in Lahore at the premiere of Teefa In Trouble rooted in the Ali Zafar sexual harassment case. Similar protests have happened earlier at a restaurant and the Karachi premiere of the movie, calling for the boycott of the movie based on the fact that Meesha Shafi and other women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct toward them by Ali Zafar.
Attending the premiere in Lahore were a lot of big names, including Waleed Zaman who is the Creative Director at Kayseria.
He also happens to be the son of Hameed Zaman, the owner of Bareeze.

A Facebook page Girls At Dhabas, was a part of the protest and was also live streaming it on Facebook. In the livestream, when Waleed made his way to the venue with his wife, the protestors asked them questions regarding their attendance and support for an alleged sexual miscreant.
Waleed Zaman replied to protestor’s questions with, “because we support the sexual harassment of women”
The entire incident was caught on the Facebook live feed.
We have it on film. pic.twitter.com/K9nxP3qjkF

And people are understandably VERY upset by his statement
This guy, Waleed Zaman should be slapped brutally for the moronic act he did at the protest in Lahore, today. If you can't raise voice against the wrong, then shut the fuck up!

This trash humam Waleed Zaman has a lot in common with Donald Trump. Both are privileged rich men who support sexual harassment.

Waleed Zaman was quick to give a statement on his personal Facebook account
But, no one is buying it
The apology seems to have angered people more.
Waleed Zaman was caught on camera and he still has the audacity to lie. Imagine all the cases, all the incidents that aren't recorded (which is most of them). Phir aatay hain gIvE uS pRoOf u FeMiNaZi

According to Waleed Zaman, his wife was bullied and harassed and he has nothing else to say except 'we are here to support sexual harassment'
He's smoking the same stuff Imran khan smoke.

Many are also planning to boycott his company as well
Hey @BareezeOfficial and @KayseriaPK, heard your heir likes sexual harassment. So here's me boycotting your brands.
I hope Waleed Zaman wanks off all over your brands. #WaleedZaman #Wanker#TimesUp

Cancelling Waleed Zaman means cancelling his brand and affecting his material reality. Because that hurts more than anything else for most people.
— Ahmer Naqvi (@karachikhatmal) July 20, 2018
Byeee @KayseriaPK @BareezeOfficial because we don’t support sexual harassment of women. Waleed Zaman is trash.

And apparently, some of his friends aren’t buying it either.
What do you think about the incident and Waleed Zaman’s statement about it? Let us know in the comments.
