A lot’s been going lately ever since Nawaz Sharif’s verdict came out. People have been trolling him and his family mercilessly. There have been protests outside his home in London. It’s…all a bit messed up. There’s anger on all sides and understandably so.

The trolling started almost instantly, in the form of cakes…

…memes…

…and well, even brands hopped on board.

While scrolling across our feeds, we came someone who decided to send the Sharif family his regards. He wrote the family a letter that consisted of memes, sent it and it was actually received…by Hassan Nawaz himself!

Let us walk you through what happened. It all started with one guy and his need to go to London and get a message across to the Sharif family.

But obviously, he didn’t know how to get there.

He wrote a letter, sealed in a brown envelope.

And signed it with love.

But what was inside the letter, you ask? Well…This.

Some memes, a ‘go-to-jail’ card from Monopoly and pictures of prison.

You’d think he’d have stopped, but no – he went ahead and posted it.

Then…he waited.

And it apparently worked!

Hassan Nawaz signed for the letter – as per this dude’s claims.

He’s even offering to deliver memes if people pay him. LOL. Businessman.

Talking to MangoBaaz about this, here’s what he said:

“I wanted to go to London initially but I couldn’t because I am currently doing my thesis and can’t afford to take days off so I thought what other way can I reach them? And I wasn’t really on board with the idea of throwing eggs and breaking his door as other people were doing as Nawaz is not the only resident of that building. So I thought a letter would be a better idea. I went for the recorded delivery as it tells you who received it. But never in a million years did I imagine that Hassan Nawaz would sign for it. Everyone thought a helper or worker would probably sign for it.”

As things get intense, we wonder how else the awaam plans on taking its ghussa out on the family. While the family has definitely shown immense constraint, will this really hold up? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
