Reham Khan is BACK people.
Okay okay, we get it – you’re sick of Coke Studio and their music and probably these articles about Coke Studio and their music.
Hehe.
BUT GUYS, Reham Khan just weighed in on the song with her own opinion and lmao, she actually made complete sense.
I think it is the Piers Morgan model of publicity. Btw Momina wasn't the problem.
The composition was disappointing & the vocals were to match.
It is just one song kids. We didn't like it.
Do better next time.
P.S. Bring back Rohail Hayat. https://t.co/oA9BTIlAdw— Reham Khan (@RehamKhan1) October 23, 2018
#Woke.
Reham pointed out the obvious fact about the song, that the fault (if any) was due to the composition of the song and the vocals that were matched with it. Also, lmao at the @Rohail Hayat thing.
Arguably, the voices of both Momina Mustehsan and Ahad Raza Mir were completely fine. In fact, if taken out of the song and sang as an acoustic version, we’d probably be listening to it on repeat all day. But of course, since Twitter users love to hate and hate to love, it was much easier for this whole Ko Ko Karina thing to be turned into an absolute shit show, thanks to Momina, Shireen Mazari (lol) and Ahad.
So you can imagine the shock and awe when Reham stepped into the conversation with such valid input.
Not many people have noticed so far, but hopefully, we can change the nasty discourse to a smarter and softer way of criticizing art, music and the right to personal expression.
Have you heard the new song yet? Has it grown on you yet? Let us know in the comments below! Love you.
