Nothing gets ShowSha more thrilled like a new drama serial, what with the marvelous plethora of dramas Pakistani television has bestowed upon us enthusiasts for so many years. And now with our current fascination with ‘Yakeen Ka Safar’ and ‘O Rungreza’ among others, Geo Television is all set to release what looks to be a thrilling drama. ‘Khaani’ stars Sana Javed and Feroze Khan as protagonists in a tangled love story.

Rahat ji has always transformed dramas with very traditional title songs, and ‘Khaani’s’ melody is no less

It’s archaic (the good kind), nostalgic and incredibly wistful – and with such familiar territory that is Rahat ji’s voice, nothing but comfort seeps through as you listen

Feroze Khan has played an antagonist before in ‘Gul-e-Rana’ and might be in a negative role for ‘Khaani’ too
