Peshawar Zalmi Lost Their First PSL Match And Islamabadis Can't Stop Trolling Them

By Iman Zia | 10 Feb, 2017

Peshawar Zalmi lost to the Islamabad United last night, and while some are a little upset at the loss, most of Pakistan has taken it upon themselves to troll Zalmi fans.

Because that is after all what we do best…we troll. We like to troll.

While the Zalmis posted a heartwarming congratulatory tweet and accepted the defeat admirably…

The Islamabadi “Lions” tweeted the way we expect lions to…

Many thought it was an easy win for Islamabad

But Zalmi fans were not going down easy

But when United eventually did defeat Zalmi it was CHAOS

Some Zalmi fans tried a little too hard to feel good about themselves

At least Hamza Ali Abbasi went to bed with a smile on his face with his usual bout of patriotism.

The match was certainly a nice entertaining opener to the second edition of the Pakistan Super League. Also, since it’s just the first one, you can also forgive the team for not exactly being warmed up for a win. Better luck next time, team Zalmi. And to Islamabad United, congratulations guys, hope you can keep up this performance for the rest of the tournament.

Oh, and fans of United: so jao bacho, it’s bed time 😛
