People Think Bilal Abbas Khan Is The Psycho Villain In “Cheekh” But Is There Enough Proof?

Raja Behria Hai.”

‘Cheekh’ is only five episodes in, but the intricacy and detail that has been molded into the show about who killed Nayab. The drama is in a time-jumping format where memories and recollections from different characters serve as warped evidence to find out what happened the night Mannat fell from the rooftop.

Fans have been going gaga over who the murderer could be in ‘Cheekh’, and it’s almost become a live version of ‘Cluedo’ – who did it?

Mannat (Saba Qamar) who has been unwilling to give up on who killed her best friend, visits the police station to ask what Nayab’s last words were.

Nayab allegedly responded with the name “Wajih” after the policeman asked her who ‘Raja‘ was. ‘Raja‘ was Mannat and Nayab’s nickname for Bilal Abbas Khan’s character Wajih. Thus far, Wajih’s elder brother Yawar has been the oddball, constantly warning his family that Nayab will no longer be mentioned in the household, and seemingly knows something we aren’t aware of from that night.

This could all be a lie – there still isn’t clear evidence, and how Mannat can trust such an incredibly dodgy policeman is beyond me. However, she asked her housekeeper Saleeem, who lied and said that Wajih was not in the balcony. But, we’re shown a glimpse into his memory shows that he, in fact, was following Nayab. In Saleem’s memory, Wajih walks up to him, staring him down in quite the terrifying manner, ushering Saleem to leave him alone with Nayab.

IS WAJIH A BIPOLAR SOCIOPATH? We think there’s something much darker to what happened that night.

However, fans have been very observant on occasions where Wajih is in fact, the murderer. A few fans paid details to earlier episodes where during Nayab’s funeral, Wajih was the only one wearing black, insinuating evil. Also, Wajih’s traits thus far have been very defensive, innocent and someone who’s been continually battling Mannat that he isn’t the culprit – but people can have the most powerful of facades. Is he really the one who killed Nayab? Or is there something much deeper to the story? People will do anything to protect the ones they love; and we all know this family is very closely knit.

The confrontations between Mannat and an eerily ‘innocent’ Wajih are growing in frustration as Mannat is certain he did it.

We asked our ShowSha family what they thought, and they all think Wajih did it too. Do you agree with the consensus? Or is there something more to the story?
