Pakistanis Are Offended By This Patriotic Couple's Performance Of The National Anthem At Their Own Shaadi

By Sarmad Amer | 14 Jan, 2018

Shaadi season is time for Pakistanis to go all out to display their wealth, taste, dancing skills and every piece of jewelry in their wardrobe. One of the staples of shaadi season is the all the mehndi dancing that comes with it. Professional choreography, props, sets and whatnot – people go all out. This patriotic couple tried to do something similar.

This patriotic Pakistani couple sang the national anthem at their own wedding

With hands on their hearts, standing attention all around the stage with guests surrounding them, the couple sang their hearts out for the national anthem.

Unfortunately, people didn’t appreciate this couple’s gesture of love for their country

Many thought that their performance was an insult

There was the odd one out who actually did enjoy this unique display of patriotism

Some even took offence to the couple smiling and even “laughing” at their wedding

There were comments about “spoilt” rich kids being told how to love their country

And this one just took it a whole next level
