PIA thinks TikTok is worthy of suspending. Ab insaan zindagi enjoy bhi na karay?
TikTok is the fastest growing social media app right now, according to reports it has more than 500million active monthly users around the world. Of course, sliding through viral videos is the most engaging social media activity ever, right?
Some PIA crew members just landed in trouble because of their TikTok
Apparently, the crew were just suspended when their videos went viral and reached senior management of PIA.

There was nothing wrong with the videos in terms of content. Tbh, they are pretty harmless and cute. But PIA objected on videos as the staff was not allowed to use mobile phones on duty, let alone making videos. The crew including two air hostesses and a steward have been sacked from international flights and an investigation has been ordered against them.
Such a heavy cost for having some minutes of enjoyment. That’s pretty sad.
Pakistanis are bashing PIA on this unjust suspension over TikTok videos
Rather than order an 'investigation', PIA management should have used this as a promo about how happy their staff is. Having fun is a crime in the land of the pure. https://t.co/6ucZiYgydP

So what’s wrong with the video? It seems pretty cool.

PIA is being criticized for expecting their team to be robots on the job
Nothing wrong in this video. Staff having fun and perhaps @Official_PIA high-ups need to relax, be humane and have fun too. Pleasant to see the friendly and lively faces.

We all can use some positivity and these PIA crew TikTok videos are obviously cute
Excellent fun video. I would actually sack their bosses who have suspended them. This is what we need- friendly fun and positive image of PIA!

PIA needs to think with the modern times, according to people who’re calling out the PIA crew’s TikTok suspension
If these videos were made on @emirates or @lufthansa, they would have used it for promotional purposes. But hardliners in @Official_PIA have no taste of such artistic activities. Stop this rigidity ✋🙏🏻 and grow up.

PIA & Pak needs to project a fun Pakistan not a #MaulviPakistan. The staff should b recognised for what they've done. If however the staff r in any way punished, I won't b traveling on #PIA again. #EmergingPakistan needs to learn to have fun. Stop outlawing fun @Official_PIA.

Pakistanis are really, really pissed off
Oh Come on! Give these kids a break for cryi’n out loud. Let them live a little. What “investigation”??? For making a little fun video?? You’ve got to be kidding me.

There is nothing wrong with having a little fun time at your job. As long as the videos weren’t portraying any questionable content, the moral police barging on harmless flight attendants is just pointless. Anyways, let’s hope for more tolerant authorities.
