Hold on to your hats fans of GoT because not only is winter coming, it’s apparently coming to Pakistan.
YUP, You read that right.
Following the official Game of Thrones Season 7 promo, (HOW INSANE WAS THAT!?), rumors have erupted that scenes for the new season will be filmed somewhere in the northern areas of Pakistan.
Exact locations have not been confirmed but reputable sources have been alluding to the Kashmir and Karakoram regions. Since all of the scenes are to be filmed in an ‘authentic’ landscape, the producers of the show have been ‘researching the North for months,’ saying it will be ‘the perfect backdrop for the mid season finale.’
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!
Of course, just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the producers of the series are sending more love our way by FEATURING A PAKISTANI ACTOR (Hyperventilating).
THAT’S RIGHT. A new character being introduced this season is set to be played by none other than our resident superstar – FAWAD KHAN.
(You can cry, it’s okay we’re crying too).
This is a thousand times better than him being in Temple Run
No offense to Temple Run.
It looks like just as Bollywood closed its doors on him, Hollywood opened theirs and we are NOT MAD.
Featured in a number of films, shows and media platforms, the international star has been in the sights of the shows casting director for ‘quite some time now.’ Ugh can’t you just see him being the PERFECT addition to the cast?!
Here’s hoping that they don’t kill him off in the first episode because FAWAD KHAN IS GOING TO BE ON GAME OF THRONES, WHAT.
This is by far the most exciting news to come to Pakistan this year (and probably ever)
Is it too soon for us to be thinking about potential co-stars that could perhaps play his love interest?
OH AND ONE MORE THING WOW HOW DID WE FORGET TO MENTION THIS
April Fools. Heeueheueheuehe.
Sorry friends, this breaking news sounds too good to be true because it is too good to be true. We hope you don’t hate us too much! We just couldn’t help ourselves. Love you.
