The actress came under tremendous fire, with an inferno of criticism hurled her way to which Ranbir and other celebrities rushed to her defense.

The photos went viral and broke the internet, with the socially shy Ranbir coming out to Mahira’s aid

While Mahira is yet to speak out about the circulating photos, Ranbir clearly stated that what the actress did in her private business was her own and how all verbal altercations made her way were both ‘unfair’ and ‘sad.’

And after countless ‘are they-aren’t they’ comments, famous Indian publication ‘Pinkvilla’ has been tirelessly investigating the possibility that Ranbir and Mahira are more than friends

According to Pinkvilla, the two have been swapping clothes with both spotted wearing the same red plaid top on different occasions
