So, last week it felt like we had engulfed Felix Felicis as we found out that there’s a new, very promising, fan made Harry Potter movie coming this fall.
Voldemort: Origins of the Heir is said to be about Tom Riddle’s transformation into Lord Voldemort
So basically, we are getting insight into Voldy’s youth.
And certainly they’ve cast a young, swoon worthy Mr. Riddle.
Remember in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince where Dumbledore and Harry go into the memory where young Tom goes to meet Hepzibah Smith (the heir of Hufflepuff) and ends up killing her and stealing the cup from her which later on becomes his horcrux? Well, this is how this movie will start.
Just to confirm how swoon-worthy he is, here’s an image of Tom Riddle, casually paying a visit to Miss Smith.
I know it’s roza time but can we have a casual visit from Mr. Riddle?
Earlier, the production company had been saying that the film has no relation whatsoever with Warner Bros. or Queen Rowling but yesterday, this news was also changed.
The director of Voldemort: Origins of the Heir, Gianmaria Pezzato, confirmed yesterday that Warner Bros. gave heads up for the production of the film
And our inner Dean Thomas was unleashed.
Speaking to Polygon, the director said, “we had a private and confidential discussion with Warner Bros. who contacted us during the period of the crowdfunding campaign. The only thing we can say is that they let us proceed with the film, in a nonprofit way, obviously”.
Pezzato spilled more on the story line of the movie *classic Hagrid* that they will fill the gaps on Voldemort’s story that were not covered in the films
We can finally die in peace knowing what went on in Voldy’s life
So, homina homina homina! We will meet so many characters revamped and recreated in this film.
Maybe, the marauders will make an appearance, as well.. which we always wanted
So we’re hitting the books again just to catch up on the details to see how much the movie really covers
Also, want fall early this year. Please!
Yo, Potterheads! Are you excited for this movie like we are? Tell us in the comments below.
